From juniors through to senior men’s and women’s programs across tackle and flag football, the Northern Sydney Rebels provide clear pathways for players at every stage. Each team is driven by quality coaching, strong leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement, creating an environment where players can develop their skills, compete at a high level, and be part of a connected and successful club.

MENS

19 Years Or Older

Our Men’s program competes at the highest level, built on a strong culture of performance, discipline, and accountability. With a history of success, the team continues to push standards and represent the club with pride.

WOMENS

16 Years Or Older

Our Women’s program is one of the leading forces in the state, known for its success and strong team culture. It provides a high-performance environment while continuing to grow the game and create opportunities for female athletes.

COLTS

16 - 19 Years Of Age

Our Colts program develops the next generation of players, bridging the gap between junior and senior football. It focuses on skill development, game understanding, and preparing athletes for long-term success.

JUNIORS

12 - 15 Years Old

Our Juniors program is the foundation of the club, introducing young players to the game in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. It focuses on building skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of football.
